By downloading or using deepReader, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are between you and KHHM LLC, a California limited liability company.

2. Use of the Service

deepReader is licensed, not sold. You may use deepReader for personal, non-commercial reading. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law or these terms.

3. User Content

You may import personal content (e.g., DRM-free EPUBs) that you own or have the right to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you import. KHHM LLC does not claim ownership of your imported content.

4. Public Domain Library

The built-in library contains public domain works. These are provided as-is from Project Gutenberg and Standard Ebooks. KHHM LLC makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of these texts.

5. AI Features

AI-generated responses are provided for informational and educational purposes. They may contain errors. Do not rely on AI responses for legal, medical, or financial decisions. KHHM LLC is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

KHHM LLC's liability to you for any claims arising from your use of deepReader is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim. KHHM LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
